Day 2 (5/14/13): Today we discussed your thoughts on immigration and looked at the reasons some people immigrated to the country. We also discussed the idea of nativism and why people would dislike immigrations.
Absentee work: Write a letter to a government official either supporting or opposing immigration using reasons from the PowerPoint or book.
Homework: Finish guided reading.
